Joachim’s human-centered approach to using AI is one I can relate to and what I appreciate most about what he shared in this book. He shows us how to use AI responsibly. One of my favorite quotes in his book:

“Start with your heart, mind, and soul, then use AI. Lead with your ideas and voice, use critical thinking, then let AI refine and accelerate your work, not replace you.”

He isn’t against using AI as he shares a number of excellent prompts to use, but he focuses on human thinking first. As he said, “First you, then AI. Use the tool to enhance, not replace, your thinking.” That is an approach I can believe in and follow.

This book has so much practical and thoughtful information about how to use AI, when to use it and when not to. I highly recommend what Joachim wrote because AI is affecting all of our lives and he gives a positive way to live with it.
